He is a Kavli Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, a board member at CMI Women, and was recognised by UN Women in 2023 for services to gender equality. He was formerly the founder and CEO of PhenomGames. Lee Chambers is also widely recognised as a prominent thought leader and speaker on workplace resilience and male allyship. He is based in Preston, UK.
