Autorenporträt

As a former U.S. Air Force non-commissioned officer, Davis was trained in security force operations with quick response and special reaction teams. The military characters in the Dark Angel Universe were inspired by the myriads of brave and honorable personalities of airmen, soldiers, seamen, and marines who not only crossed his path during his time in the Air Force but growing up on military bases as a kid. It was the experiences with these individuals and being born into a military family with a three-decade career Army father, that gave him the unique perspective and honor to be able to create this universe.
