This book was inspired by my beautiful daughter upon my grandfather's passing. At the time, she was only three years old, and she couldn't understand why mommy was so sad, and I couldn't stop crying. Autorenporträt
Sara Miller grew up in the Pacific Northwest, with a love for all things literary. She moved to Alaska in 2002, where she studied English Literature at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. After 20 long years in the Fairbanks area, she recently relocated to Florida, to enjoy some long overdue sunshine and tropical weather. She currently works in accounting but has always had a passion for writing and wanted to further pursue her literary dreams. She self-published two poetry books, currently available on Amazon, and is now working on children's books. As her daughter grew up, she read her children's stories every night. It was at this time she had her idea to start writing children's books, to help inspire and instil the importance of reading in the next generations to come. She was always an avid reader as a child, and felt it was so magical to have an adventure through a book, without even having to leave her room. She hopes all children grow up with her same love of stories and reading.
