Laura Kaufman, a special education teacher with a Master's degree in Education focusing in Reading Specialty, has spent the last six years devoting her energy to her sixth grade students at a middle school in Eastern Pennsylvania. In addition to writing children's books, Laura loves to dote on her nephews Zack and Salvatore and her spunky yellow lab, Hannah.
