I am a Bhutanese. I am an Army Officer. I was arrested in 1990 and tortured in Bhutan without any reason and evicted in 1992. It was because I belong to the Gorkha Community of Bhutan (Lhotshampa). I am also an Engineer. My wife died of torture in exile. Today, I am living a refugee life appealing to justice.
