Khatuna Todadze is geboren in Tbilisi, Georgië, en is hoogleraar aan de Georgische Technische Universiteit. Als student aan de Tbilisi State University heeft ze het minderjarige beroep van kunstcriticus uitgeoefend. Ze is de auteur van meer dan 50 artikelen, monografieën, leerboeken voor studenten.
