- Jeff Bezos: "And what's with my Amazon business? I am too successful to die!The gang ignored the stupid comments from the rich people and put everyone on the plane. They put them into their seats. They left one free, though...." What do an intergalactic sapphire family, a Mayan telepathic best friends team, and a student couple fighting against evil in 2023 have in common? They all fight for social transformation, love/friendship, and loyalty to the death. They all walk through fire or start their own fire to get their rights. In these three independent short stories, the stories of the following protagonists are told: the rebellious Sapphire Princess, who leads a double life in Moon City, including a secret love affair with the bourgeois, same-aged Amir, until this comes to light and problems arise in the Sapphire Kingdom. In our current declining world, Lucia and her deceitful partner Zac fight for a better worldwithout annoying, power-hungry, malicious rich-people energy.
Autorenporträt
Martha Gassner, born in Austria in 1997 and enjoys her digital nomad life abroad. She pursued her studies in social work and achieved a significant milestone with the publication of her first book in August 2023, titled "12 Fairytales", published by Story One Verlag. This book marks her second publication and her first work in English, accomplished through participation in the "Thalia-Storyteller Award 2024." Growing up in a multicultural and culturally diverse home, Martha's early exposure to fairy tales and poems played a crucial role in shaping her vivid imagination, a trait that has endured throughout her life. From her teenage years, she has been crafting her own stories, driven by a fascination for fairy tales, the beautiful and mystical aspects of life, and a commitment to making socially critical statements.
