In this study the production of monoclonal antibodies against tetanus toxin which have a many advantages than the polyclonal antibodies(serum): 1- The monoclonal antibodies have a low tendency to produce hypersensitivity reaction that can caused by the polyclonal antibodies prepared in equine. 2-Monoclonal antibodies production need only for lab to production rather than polyclonal antibodies need farm to produce antitetanic serum in equine.
