PENELOPE ROSE was born and raised in western Canada, and although most of her years have been spent in Alberta, she is a BC girl at heart. She has endured an array of challenging relationships over the years--married and divorced twice before age thirty, and when she came out as polyamorous, she was shamed and judged by extended family.
