Gauri Jain was 9 years old when this book was written. She passed away three years later on New Year's Eve in 2015. Gauri was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and went to school in Oak Park, Illinois. Gauri was an avid reader and a gifted writer. She wrote many short passages about her observations and views that have now become cherished memories.
