Katherine Collins is the first Head of Sustainable Investing at Putnam Investments in Boston. Prior to her work at Putnam, Katherine was founder and CEO of Honeybee Capital, an independent research firm dedicated to reconnecting investing with the real world. Previously she also held senior positions at Fidelity Investments, as a portfolio manager and the head of equity research. Katherine has travelled widely as a pilgrim and volunteer, earned her MTS degree at Harvard Divinity School, and studied biomimicry and the natural world: these endeavors serve as her guides for investing in an integrated, regenerative way, beneficial to our communities and our planet. Katherine is author of The Nature of Investing, and her closest neighbors in Massachusetts are several thousand honeybees.
