The academic proposal to certify a MOOC based on a proprietary e-learning methodology, aims to show how MOOCs can be certified, using as a principle a proprietary methodology of evaluation for thematic lines of virtual workshops, using a matrix that guarantees the objectivity of the evaluation and protects the prestige of certification of a university. The MOOC Methodological Strategies for the E-learning Teacher was used for the proposal. The instrument that was used was of previous knowledge of the participants, its indicators were related to the competences that were expected to be achieved. The proposal was carried out in the Virtual Campus of the USMP Virtual having as a base the pedagogical theories of constructivism and connectivism, collaborative learning, active learning, as well as its own pedagogical model.
