Autorenporträt
Nate Wrey is old and hairy like Uncle Pel but not as smelly. Unlike Mooge, he paid attention at school and learned to read and write. Mooge: The Prehistoric Genius is his first children's book. He learned all about history at school and university. When he was young, Nate liked books by Roald Dahl, which are fun and exciting, with great characters who get in and out of trouble, teaching valuable lessons as a result. He also enjoyed reading cartoons such as Asterix the Gaul, starting his interest in history. ¿Nate has a day job as a Civil Servant, working for the government, but has also written a novel for adults (as Nathaniel M Wrey) called Liberty Bound, which won a Readers' Favorite International Book Award in 2021. He lives in Kent with ceramic ducks on his walls.
