In my book the problem of moral-psychological preparation of soldiers of Russian army in system of military construction of the Russian state, activity of state, commanders and military leaders, on moral-psychological preparation of soldiers and military collectives, value of the moral factor in wars is investigated. The lessons and conclusions from the experience of improvement, use and manifestation of Russian soldiers' moral spirit have been formulated, the most important factors which conditioned objective necessity of moral and psychological preparation in the period under investigation have been revealed and generalized. The basic directions of state and military authorities' activity for perfection of the system of moral and psychological maintenance of troops' activity in the first half of the XIX-th century have been revealed. The work of state and military bodies on disciplining of military men, formation of high moral-military and psychological qualities of officers and lower ranks, their spiritual and moral education is investigated; the final estimation of the state and military bodies activity which allowed to provide the necessary level of moral and psychological condition of the military personnel in the investigated period is given.

Albert Kupzhasarovich Tazhiyev nació el 25 de abril de 1974 en Nukus, Kazajistán. En 1995 se graduó en la escuela militar de Togliatti. Sirvió como subcomandante de una compañía, batallón, regimiento en labores educativas, estudió en la Universidad Militar. En 2006 se matriculó como adjunto y escribió su disertación sobre el problema de la formación moral y psicológica de las tropas.
