Akhmedova Nigora Dadakhanovna est née en 1970 à Andijan. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences pédagogiques. Elle dirige le département de langue et de littérature ouzbèkes, langues de l'Institut médical d'État d'Andijan. Elle est l'auteur de nombreux articles consacrés aux problèmes psychologiques et pédagogiques liés à la formation de la personnalité d'un futur médecin.
