His journeys take him from a military base on the Moon to the far reaches of the galaxy, from the death of a dryad to an encounter with Satan himself. And everywhere, as he dances with the ghosts of dead ancestors and witnesses fantastic visions in the night sky, there's a hell hound on his trail.
