Hi, my name is Desarae Stills but my loved ones and clients call me Desi. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 5 years of experience. I started my fitness journey 10 years ago after my labs indicated that I was borderline diabetic. This health scare in addition to my not liking what I saw in the mirror, led me to change my lifestyle and pursue total health. As a result, I lost 85 pounds. This experience shifted my mindset about fitness and health. As I learned more about nutrition and physiology, I realized that transformations start on the inside before manifesting on the outside. Since then, I have dedicated my life to enlightening and helping others. As a fitness professional, my approach is to foster self-awareness, empowerment, and self-love as foundational principles to achieving total health. My passion for assisting others fueled me to write my first book, More Than A Cookbook. My vision is to inspire health consciousness, accountability, and creativity, through exercise, diet, and other lifestyle changes.
