The findings showed that the perceptions of Moroccans have changed and awareness of this issue has been spread among youth since they considered women working as sex workers as victims of society and their involvement in this forbidden area is only a result of patriarchal systems, poverty, and lack of equal job opportunities.
Autorenporträt
Sanae Achag is a private tutor of English and PhD candidate at Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University, Fez. She obtained her master's degree in Gender Studies and her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies. Her research interests include women's issues and gender in leadership and education.
