The aim of this book is to determine the effects of a specific aerobic program on body composition, morphological characteristics, motor skills, cardio and biochemical parameters in women. The total number of respondents is 80, and all of them are female. The subjects were divided into 4 subsamples, three of which were experimental groups, and one control group, and each group had 20 subjects. The sample of variables was applied to four (4) representative indicators of body composition, eleven (11) variables of morphological characteristics, seven (7) variables for assessing motor status, three (3) parameters for assessing cardio function, and five (5) parameters for determining lipids and glucose in the blood. The practical value of this book is that based on the obtained results, it can be assumed what characteristics and abilities women should possess. This information can be considered one of the factors that contribute to women having a better body and, ultimately, better health.
