A morphometric study with cellular predominance of descriptive and transversal character of the peritumoral inflammatory response in non-melanocytic skin cancer was carried out, with the objective of identifying the margins and the degree of peritumoral infiltration, as well as the average values of the areas that occupy these, determination of the number of cells and the predominance of these in the two histological types of non-melanocytic skin carcinoma. For this purpose, 30 biopsies of patients diagnosed in the Clinical Surgical Teaching Hospital Comandante Manuel Fajardo Rivero, in Villa Clara, from October 2016 to July 2020 were studied. The studies carried out allowed the determination of morphometric variables in relation to the count of the type of cells present in the infiltrate, which provided us with the cellular predominance and the measurement of the infiltration area occupied by the peritumoral inflammation in µm 2.
