This book represents insights into the analysis of Chieftainship Issues. It also comprises the history of Batlhabine. Based on the survey made by the author, it is concluded that lust for the leadership by the backbenchers and the stubbornness of refusing to give away the leadership of the tribe to the rightful incumbent divided the community into factions. Furthermore, if the authorities that are supposed to resolve the differences are biased like what we observe regarding the commission on traditional leadership disputes and claims, the tribe will be plunged into further oblivion.
