MMUTLE MAHLANE MOGOBOYA was born of the royal blood in Lephepane, Tlhabine Ga-Mogoboya in the Greater Tzaneen Municipality of Limpopo Province of the Republic of South Africa. Worked as a banker and finally a councillor at the above municipality. Mmutle Mooboya is the author of several books.
