To achieve this goal, 3500 eggs of C. quinquefasciatus corresponding to several trays were treated with different volumes of Suneem 1% (0.01 ml, 0.02 ml, 0.03 ml, 0.04 ml, 0.05 ml, 0.06 ml) and a control box (20 ml of distilled water) Also, 3000 larvae of all stages were treated with concentrations of Suneem 1% (2mg/l, 4 mg/l, 6 mg/l, 8 mg/l; 10 mg/l; 12 mg/l; 14 mg/l; 16 mg/l, 18 mg/l to 20 mg/l). The results showed very significant mortalities as a function of time. The larvae, after a few hours of treatment, were analyzed by the microscopy technique. They showed a total destruction of their digestive tract. Suneem is therefore effective against mosquitoes.
