Vicki L. Flaherty is an industrial/organizational psychologist dedicated to helping people live with clarity, intention, and authenticity. She empowers individuals to express their full potential and bring their best to their work through leadership, coaching, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Vicki is an avid runner, enjoys yoga and gardening, and loves to travel with her husband Jim. She lives in Iowa.
