Autorenporträt
Lord David Howell of Guildford was first elected as an MP in 1966. He was Margaret Thatcher's first Secretary of State for Energy and later became Secretary of State for Transport. In 2000 he became Chairman of the British Institute of Energy Economics and in 2003 he became Chairman of the Windsor Energy Group. He is the only Minister to have served in Heath, Thatcher, and Cameron Administrations and his previous books include Out of the Energy Labyrinth.
