The Parangolé series was conceived by ALFREDO BRILLEMBOURG (_1961). He studied architectural design at Columbia University and architecture at the Central University of Venezuela. In 1998, he founded the Urban-Think Tank (U-TT) in Caracas, Venezuela, with Hubert Klumpner.
