The purpose of our study is to establish the link between overall motivation and the overall performance of team members.To achieve this goal, we first constructed an analytical framework in which work motivation is considered as the independent variable and work performance as the dependent variable, based on the literature on these two concepts. Specifically, we are interested in the link between motivation and intra-role performance, extra-role performance and overall performance of team members. To establish this link, we sent a self-administered questionnaire to team members in companies.
