The following work aims to make it clear what level of motivation the company's workforce is at and what factors play a role in changing this level, whether upwards or downwards. The main aim is to find out what motivates employees and why. Another point addressed concerns what the organisation can do to meet employee expectations and keep them satisfied or motivated. Verifying organisational behaviour will be fundamental for studying what motivates employees. Relevant topics such as remuneration, benefits, recognition and training will also be studied. For a better understanding and clarification of motivational factors, this study seeks to understand what intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are and how these issues affect the perception of the employees surveyed. The study of human needs is necessary to understand people's behaviour and how these factors can be used in a programme aimed at employee satisfaction and motivation.
