This book is an effort to look into the different motivations that companies have while choosing to practice good governance practices at the same time looking into the costs and benefits of good and bad governance.

Autor

Born in India, I went on to do a Bachelors in Technology from IIT Kanpur and then Masters in Management from ESCP Europe and an MBA from AIT, Bangkok. With a flavor for writing and research, I hereby take an effort to plunge myself into the ocean of research and writing and hereby take a baby step in this regard.
