If we ignore the social aspect, then there are risks for the company's sustainability. Indeed, the rate of staff turnover rises, and this can lead to: a loss of competence, a loss of money and also a bad image of the company. Being passionate about this subject, I decided to dedicate my thesis to the motivation, the involvement and the loyalty of the personnel by taking as a reference the company where I carried out my training during an extremely enriching year. In order to do so, a questionnaire was elaborated to which a hundred of employees responded by contributing their ideas and remarks. This practical part, around which my book revolves, allows us to draw certain conclusions, notably on the fact that in order to involve, motivate andretain staff, money does not make people happy...
