Employees' relationship with their work has attracted the psychologists and management scholars for the long time. A satisfied workforce results in productive on-job performance which is vital for the success of any organization. This study is carried out on the banking sector of the economy. The banking sector provides employment to masses of human resource in Pakistan. In Pakistan, women have great number of responsibilities to fulfil. A working woman is expected to perform the duties of an employee in the office and the duties of mother, sister, daughter and wife at home. Therefore, many roles are associated with a single woman at the same time. Women need high morale and spirit in order to perform the variety of roles associated with them in an efficient manner. This research work deals with the motivational requirements of women at work.
