Dr. Justina Ngozi Ekere, a Chartered Librarian, is presently a Senior Librarian and Head of Reference Section, Nnamdi Azikiwe Library University of Nigeria Nsukka. She is a holder of B.Sc. (Hons); M.L.S and a Ph.D in Library and Information Science. She is a multifaceted library practitioner, educator and also a seasoned administrator.
