The purpose of this research was to design a plan of motivational strategies to strengthen the leadership of the director and teaching staff of the teachers of the Escuela Básica Pablo Mendoza Reyes of the municipality of San Felipe, Yaracuy state. Based on the feasible project modality, which was developed in three phases, Phase I diagnosis, Phase II feasibility of the proposal and Phase III Design and development of the proposal, the study population was twenty people, eighteen (18) teachers and two (2) directors, with a census sample of the same representation of the population, i.e. twenty people eighteen (18) teachers and two (2) directors, as for the technique that was produced was the survey and a likert questionnaire, with five categories of responses. S, CS, AV, CN, NC Conformed by twenty-three (23) articles, following the line of investigation Leadership and Human Development in Educational Organizations and the extensive one focused on the concentration of Motivation, teamwork, leadership, relationships and organizational climate due to its foundation on the attitudes of the leading manager with management in the organization.
