Wir, Noeli und Liz, sind frischgebackene Hochschulabsolventen als Kindergärtnerinnen und haben beschlossen, unsere Forschungsarbeit zu diesem Thema durchzuführen, da das Hauptziel darin besteht, die Lehrer zu motivieren und ihr Interesse daran zu wecken, die Verbesserung dieser Fähigkeiten in den Lehr- und Lernprozess einzubeziehen.
