They say 40 is the new 20 and I am living my best life!I had an incredible career with a Fortune 500 company that raised me from an hourly associate into an amazing businesswoman. I went on to develop a variety of formats and emerging markets in over 800 locations across the U.S. I have had the opportunity to help grow amazing talent and support others while they grew bigger than they ever dreamed.I have a strong moral compass and strive for long, prosperous relationships. I love what I do whether it is meeting new people, pioneering a company project, traveling with my family, or drinking my morning coffee. Oh, and I'm most proud that I have taught both of my children how to save money and be great cooks (My son makes incredible lasagna). My company, Pivotal Solutions LLC, works to inspire and motivate others to be powerful in their own space. As a business coach, I work with people where they are, figure out what they need, and show up prepared to add value to their lives.I am also writing a book to help inspire and motivate others to get out of their own way and achieve their dreams.I am so grateful to have a wonderful family. My husband and I have two adult daughters and a college-bound son. We have two rescue pugs, Pixel and Whiskey. We enjoy traveling to any place that has lots going on. We are big theme park junkies. Universal Studios is one of our favorites as we continue to go back year after year. We also enjoy culture, like the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago and the Pike Place market in Seattle. We are looking forward to traveling internationally in the future. My husband of 20 years is a big foodie, and he wants to try all the best local food everywhere we go. We enjoy supporting our local community as we are Rotarians. Fall is our favorite time of year with such beautiful colors and great weather.
