Escobar Arcay earned his PhD at The Lynch School of Education at Boston College, a Master of Education at The Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language at Rhode Island College. David A. Escobar Arcay currently serves Associate Professor of Leadership and Ethics at Nova Southeastern University Abraham S. Fischler College of Education.
