Autorenporträt
Author and illustrator Dionna L. Hayden was born July 29, 1982 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dionna's artistic ability and love for children's books were developed at a very young age. By 6 years old, she openly expressed her desire to become an illustrator. From her youth into adulthood, she concentrated her studies in the fine and graphic arts gathering multiple art awards and honorable mentions along the way. Currently, Dionna is the owner of Pink Elephant Graphic Design and author and illustrator of her own children's book series The Cookie-Flower Rock Kids, based on the lives of her very own children! Her hope through the book series is to bring an element of color and fun to the life learning experience for children while bringing families closer together.
