Autorenporträt
Having engaged in cinema studies as an undergraduate at Princeton University, Carl Casinghino moved on to film production in New York University's Graduate Film and Television program of the Tisch School of the Arts, where he directed several shorts and worked as undergraduate film equipment coordinator. He served in the camera departments of a number of films, including a feature on the history of Princeton University and the award-winning short The Architect. Carl later earned an MA in Education from Union Institute and University, in which he focused on collaborative learning and teaching for creativity and developed further his approach to media literacy.Carl currently teaches media studies and digital production at Suffield High School in Connecticut. Among recent professional activities, Carl served as a presenter at the 2011 NAMLE conference in Philadelphia and was the opening speaker at the 2010 Connecticut Career and Technical Education conference. Carl has been selected
