Beitske Boonstra is Assistant Professor in Urban Governance at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, The Netherlands. Beitske is Academic Lead within the Resilient Delta Initiative and Coordinator of the Knowledge Centre Livable Neighborhoods Rotterdam. Teresa Cutler-Broyles is Lecturer in Film and Cultural Theory at the University of New Mexico, USA, and visiting professor of Food Studies in Perugia, Italy. She writes both fiction and academic non-fiction. Stefano Rozzoni holds a joint PhD degree in Transcultural Studies in Humanities from the University of Bergamo, Italy, and in Literary and Cultural Studies from Justus Liebig Universität Gießen, Germany.
