Gordon Thomas Ward is an award-winning, multifaceted artist. A storyteller at heart, Gordon uses song, prose, and poetry to mix the real and imaginary worlds in a captivating manner. He has released five albums of original songs and authored five books of poetry and prose. Mr. Harenten and the Serenity Ledge Picnic, his sixth book, is his first foray into the genre of children's literature and the introduction to the adventures of Mr. Harenten and his woodland friends. Gordon, his wife Veronica, and their dog Jasper live at the top of a hill, in the middle of a forest, along a rocky coast of Maine, in a quiet woodland full of beauty and sprinkled with magic.
