To introduce myself, my name is Mrs Doodle and my main achievement in life (so far) is that I have been a grandmother for the last 6.5 years. I would like to say that I have swum the English Channel, but I haven't. Given my time again, I would like to have found a cure for cancer and adopted all the orphans in the third world (and a few stray cats). But, I have a lot of people in my life who keep me amused and entertained, and I now know the difference between a ragu and a béchamel sauce. I also know that you have to run the hot and cold bath water together so as not to burn the toes on your right foot as you step in. This blog will serve as my memoirs, and while names have been changed (including my own) to save embarrassment, ALL INCIDENTS ARE COMPLETELY TRUE.
