Autorenporträt
"Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier." Mother Teresa's words are Paula's mantra. As a Mom, as a teacher of languages, linguistics, yoga, ayurveda, as a retreat guide, as a barista, Paula always aims to do what she can to help you make your day better. Her work reflects her intense joy in sharing ways to help you feel at ease, at peace, healthy and worthy. Paula has lived and travelled in several countries (She is the first US woman to have completed the Mt. Everest Marathon, which she did in 1989.), including having dragged along her then 8- and 10-year old sons to live in the South of France. (They have since forgiven her.) Paula's studies of yoga and ayurveda light up Paula's life, her teaching and her writing. Her classes are tapestries of philosophy, poetry, music, sound healing and movement. Her books invite you to create a refuge of stillness and calm for yourself. Currently, Paula lives outside of Chicago IL US with her husband of nearly 30 years. A Golden Retriever is expected to grace their lives soon. Their children visit from the far reaches of their lives.
