Autorenporträt
Sam Bilton is an author, historian and broadcaster who specialises in food history. She loves talking about food from the past and regularly takes part in talks, cookery demonstrations and TV and radio. She recently launched the Comfortably Hungry food history podcast. Opened in 1997, the Globe Theatre remains one of the most unique, remarkable and breathtaking theatrical spaces in London. Last year the Globe welcomed over 402k visitors from across the world to watch productions, as well as more visitors to their theatres, participating in workshops, higher education courses, lectures, and staged readings.
