Results reflected opinions of stakeholders in the city and the Questionnaires had been selected from community associations, non-governmental and civil society groups, the media, lawyers, urban planners, municipal officials and the business sector. The Questionnaire had followed the same five thematic dimensions of Prosperity including the local institutional and organizational that associated with the creation of prosperity and its sustainability.

Dr. Al Kubaisy is a qualified Architect, Planner and Urban Designer with over 40 years of experience. While working in several countries in the Middle East region and lecturing Conservation and Urban Design courses at universities; he authored several books, in both Arabic & English, out-of-which two have been published in the US with amazon.com.
