LOUISA MAY ALCOTT: Louisa May Alcott (Germantown, Pennsylvania; 29 November 1832-Boston, Massachusetts; 6 March 1888) was an American writer, best known for her novel Little Women (1868). Committed to the abolitionist movement and to suffragism, she wrote under the pseudonym A. M. Barnard a collection of novels and short stories dealing with such taboo subjects as adultery and incest. Simona Terrana is 49 years old, lives in Monza, near Milan, and is the mother of four children. Graduated as a graphic designer and publicist, she has been working in this field for more than 25 years and collaborates with publishing houses, graphic studios and all kinds of clients. In the little free time she has left after work and family commitments, she loves going to the cinema and reading novels.
