As a lover of fantasy and spooky stories, K.D. Tyler's mind often runs wild, creating fictional adventures and mythical new worlds. At only eight years old, K.D. would lie awake staring at an antique bedroom painting which later inspired her debut book, Mulberry Chronicles: The Broken Curse. The painting depicted a candle sitting in a creepy room, and the flame seemed to flicker in the darkness. She now lives in a small town in Ohio with her husband, kids, and doodle named Lizzie.
