While analyzing the impact of personality dimensions and entrepreneurial motivation it reveals that 63 per cent of the variance in the dependent variable of entrepreneurial motivation is explained by personality of women entrepreneurs' dimensions. The findings indicate that initiator, self-confidence, good controller, challenger, group friendliness and influencer are positively correlated with motivation of women entrepreneurs and manoeuverability is negatively correlated. Even sociability, endurability, alertness and responsible person have positive effect and managerial quality and effective financial management have negative effect, there is no evidence for significant effect. While analysing the impact of attitude dimensions and entrepreneurial motivation, the study reveals that 57.1 per cent of the variation in the entrepreneurial motivation is explained by entrepreneurial attitude dimensions. The findings indicate that the gentle stoker is the strongest predictor of variation in entrepreneurial motivation. The other attitude factors such as team leader, good deliverer and track keeper are also positively correlated with entrepreneurial motivation.
