For the time being, due to civilization and development that necessitate the use of advanced technology, sophisticated tools, and brilliant thoughts. The core mission of different sphere of life emphasizes on finding the optimal and efficient solution that able to meet development and solve a complex problem by using simple and direct ways. Herein, a Fruitful and a straightforward clarification of the proposed iterative procedure. It merges between two operation research techniques (transportation and network) for the purpose of assisting project managers and decision makers in maximizing profit and avoiding conflicting in available options. Transporting materials optimally while satisfying multiple objective and constraint is impossible to be carried out by the human mind. Therefore, several models were created by the MATLAB program. The proposed model deals with the input data by an infinite number of iterative process to come out with suggested schemes within seconds. Finally, the manager with no doubt and effort could make better choice comfortably either on the side of cost or time.
