Assistant Professor Li-Cheng Chen (Dr.) is a teacher at University of Tajen in Taiwan, teaching subjects in the areas of hospitality Management. She has been teaching for more than five years. This book focuses on multi-skilling scheme for front-line managers in the five-star hotel in Taiwan.
