Jean-François Caron is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Nazarbayev University and Research Fellow at the Institute of Political Science and Administration at the University of Opole. François Boucher is Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy at the KU Leuven. He has been part of the Justice and Migration project since the Fall of 2019.
