This study proposes and bases itself on the assumption that the continuing advances in multimedia technology can be integrated into the teacher education programmes so as to provide training to the trainees for the development of their skills (esp. speaking skills). The study analyzed the effect of multimedia on the classroom interaction of the Teacher Training Certificate (TTC) Course trainees ofKerala.
